Lexus RX 450h makes Kipplinger’s Best 2012 Car Values

Kipplingers has released its Best New Car Values list for 2012 and one hybrid made the list, the Lexus RX 450h, a regular favorite of Kipplingers according to the magazine.

With “top notch safety” and “luxury”, the RX450h took the midsize and large crossover category.

According to Kipplinger the average national price of the 450h hybrid is $44,965, and after 3 years the RX retains 60 percent resale value. After 5 years it drops down to 44 percent.

In addition to safety and luxury, Kipplinger also noted its best in class fuel economy.
