Over the next year the Chevy Volt is sure to win many car of the year awards, and it picked up its first today. MotorTrend has named the Volt its Car of the Year.
Likewise, this blog suspects that the Volt will also pick up the Green Car of the Year Award on Thursday at the LA Auto Show.
So, in honor of the Volt, I’m wondering, was there any connection between the launch of the Chevy Volt and GM’s IPO? Just coincidence or part of the plan?
