VW UP electric car coming to US market
The UP Lite at the LA Auto ShowThere aren't many details, but it has been reported that an EV version of the UP, based closely on the UP Lite concept version pictured in this post, is coming to the US market. Early word suggests the new EV will be called the Space UP! Blue.

Volkswagen tried to make ecological car????
this concept was a pretty big hit at the LA auto show, so i think you'll start seeing a lot of eco cars from VW. although many consider their clean diesel tech to be pretty eco-friendly as well.
Nice concept,but I don't believe that VW would make a ecologic car.They are good in diesel cars.
I think EU emissions requirements will force VW to make plug-in vehicles. Likewise, VW is going to use their diesel experience to develop diesel hybrids and probably diesel plug-in hybrids.
VW will certainly continue to excel at diesel technology, but I'm actually very excited about their upcoming hybrids.
I am big fan of VW since I had 18 years,and I think they are the best in diesel engines.
