Toyota's used hybrid vehicle commercial campaign
Used hybrid reliability?Toyota has been running a new used hybrid commercial campaign on KROQ, a well-known alternative rock radio station in California.
Basically, there's a three-month warranty on top of the original vehicle warranty. Ultimately, it comes down to dealership trust when buying used Toyota hybrid vehicles.
No surprise there. That's the way it is with any used car. Why should hybrids be much different?
Still, it's pretty interesting that Toyota is doing so much to promote used hybrid vehicles. Might be a good time to look for used hybrids, which just a few months ago, were priced ridiculously high. I'm hoping to follow up on that angle either tomorrow or this weekend.
Anybody do any used hybrid shopping lately?

The commercial is very nice and this is really a good idea because Hybrid cars have lower depreciation rates when compared to other gasoline cars and very environmentalist.
Yeah, but if gas prices stay low, and hybrid demand stays down from its highs this summer, won't used hybrids have to incur higher depreciation rates?
