LAS Green Car of the Year - Not a hybrid - mobile post
Every year GreenCarJournal picks a green car of the year at the LA Auto Show. This year two hybrid cars were up for the award: the Ford Fusion hybrid and the Saturn Vue hybrid. Neither won. This year the award went to the VW Jetta TDI.
Are diesels going to steal the green mojo of hybrids?

What an affront to my senses. This vehicle is only green unless it burns bio-diesel OR Veg.
What a waste.
Agreed. They can't steal the green mojo of they hybrid because they aren't friggin' green. Go ahead build them. Diesel at this time is more expensive than regular or E15 mixes (I live in Nebraska). I'm trying to fathom people going out and buying a car that uses more expensive gas now that is has actually dropped finally.
i don't really anticipate huge upticks in diesel sales either.
