Honda Insight looks impressive - mobile
We've all seen photos of the new Honda Insight hybrid and many of us have complained about them. However, I'm very impressed by how much better it looks in person.
Yes it's still reminiscent of the Prius, but it also offers obvious Clarity cues. Ultimately, its definitely sleeker than the Prius, which results in a sportier impression.
Honda expects Insight fuel economy to be equal to the Civic hybrid when it is released in about 5 months. Honda will also offer EcoAssist to help drivers become more fuel efficient in their driving habits, and it will also offer an econ button to increase efficiency even more.
Most important, the Insight will make hybrid cars much more affordable for more consumers.

At any rate it is so much better looking than the original Insight that it aint even funny. That thing was a real dog. Looked like a movie prop for a low budget SiFi flick.
10 years ago it looked kind of cool, although your description of the original is pretty funny.
Honestly, it never looked cool.
well, i'm a jetson's kid whom thought we'd be in flying cars by now, so futuristic looking cars look cool to me. plus, i can't help but let practicality - in this case aerodynamics - influence my cool barometer.
