Americans disappointed in US energy policy

Time for an energy revolution

Americans blame the federal government, foreign oil companies, Congress and Middle East tensions for the lack of a quality energy policy in the US according to a new survey reported on BehindtheWheel. Of course, we should probably be blaming ourselves a bit for thinking there would never be any consequences for guzzling foreign oil as if it was free.

While both Presidential candidates have announced plans to tackle this problem, can either really be expected to succeed without some serious changes in Congress?

Check out this article on hybrid cars, blind people, and Congress - I think it illustrates in a nutshell how messed up is Congress. more

Frankly I couldn't give a rat's ass anymore about what Americans are and are not ticked off about.

For one, they have no right to be ticked off about anything. It's like a fat person being pissed off because HE ate a whole cheesecake in one sitting.

Americans have LET and been PART of raping themselves and their own country. The best they can do is show some fortitude and suck up and stop complaining....

Look at all the douchebags driving around in SUV's all day going to their suburban mega-malls...WTF do these idiots think they are using to move their fat asses around and powering their toys? Magic dust?

I know. I did allude to that in my post.

"It's like a fat person being pissed off because HE ate a whole cheesecake in one sitting."

That's such an interesting point.

We complain about our healthcare system. Well, when we eat terribly unhealthy food, don't exercise, etc., etc. how could anyone expect our healthcare system not to be in trouble?
