No guarantee that Chevy Volt will be launched by 2010

I flipped on CNBC this morning and the topic was GM. Apparently, there was some kind of conference call this morning and Rick Wagoner stated that while "massive resources" were being put into the Chevy Volt there was no guarantee that the Volt would be ready by 2010. That statement according to CNBC immediately caused GM stock to drop.
