2008 Saturn Vue hybrid announced
Best highway mileage of any SUV?GM, today, announced the 2008 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid. The Vue hybrid will start at $24,795, while achieving a combined 27 percent improvement in fuel economy over a conventional 4-cylinder Vue according to GM. The EPA rates the Vue hybrid at 25 mpg in the city, and 32 mpg on the highway.
The 2.4 liter, 172 horsepower also offers a cool 'Eco Light' which turns on when drivers are, minimally, achieving the EPA's fuel economy estimates. This is a very nice feature for fuel-economy-optimizing drivers because it enables drivers to monitor their driving without really looking away from the road.
