Iran threatens oil saber, again, and Japan leads the way, again, with hybrids

Iran could use oil to protect itself if the UN Security Council imposes any sanctions on Iran over its nuclear development program. Scientists claim that hurricanes the likes of Rita and Katrina are going to be a lot more common in the next decade for certain, possibly the next few decades - causing further oil problems. Then there are issues in the Middle East, including the connection between foreign oil and terrorism.
