Ford Escape hybrid inventories

I had to run an errand today that happened to take me next to a Ford dealer. Since I was right there, I thought I'd check out the selection of Escape hybrids, and the selection was great, at least in terms of color. There were 4 hybrid Escapes on the lot, but each was almost exactly the same as the other, except for color.

O.K., I'm exaggerating. 2 of the hybrids were four wheel drive, and the other two were front wheel drive. What can I say? Hybrid shopping can be a little anti-climatic these days.

I can't wait until the Toyota Highlander hybrid arrives. Two hybrids at one dealership. Of course that will mean you can see only one Prius and one Highlander hybrid per visit due to limited supply.
