Iran threatens U.S. oil supply

If the U.S. should attack Iran, or place international sanctions upon the country, Iran will retaliate by attacking Mideast oil - a move that could significantly raise the price of oil.

Already spikes in oil are slowing the Dow on a weekly basis. And because Teheran could easily block the Straits of Hormuz, a serious disruption in oil could easily be caused and threaten not only the U.S., but the entire world economy (WorldTribune).

Hybrid car anyone?
